Community Life
Life is not to be lived in isolation. Rather, our lives are to be lived in community with others and in the rhythms of life that ebb and flow. At Soma Austin we place a very high value on intentionally developing long-term social, spiritual relationships. We invite you to join us in community through any of the following environments.
Weekly Services
Soma Austin gathers each Sunday morning at 10:30am at The Hideout Coffeehouse and Theatre in downtown Austin! We invite you to join us for friendship, song and a time of teaching. The Hideout is located in downtown Austin at 617 Congress Avenue.

Soma Groups
Soma Groups are our primary places of community, and where we share our lives with one another. They are not meetings, but rather a community of people who live in similar parts of town and who share parks, restaurants, neighborhoods and common stuggles. They are where we learn from one another, serve one another, grow together and join together in renewing people we know and the local communities we live in.

Renewing Our City
Jesus loves Austin and desires its renewal! The bible teaches that Jesus is about his glory and the renewal of all creation that was torn and broken through rebellion. As people of Christ, we participate with Jesus in renewing people and communities through declaring and demonstrating the gospel of Jesus.
We would love to have you join us in renewal. Learn more about renewing our city with Soma Austin, and check out some upcoming service opportunities.
Community Discussion
From time to time we like to host discussions in the community. We might discuss books, movies, culture, music, community, family, or whatever else gets enough interest.

Recreation
Austin is a beautiful city with wonderful weather that has miles of trails, acres of public parks, the Colorado River and businesses that support a very active city. At Soma Austin we seek to be actively involved in our community and support those who help keep things going.
